I’m a certified Jungian Coach, Psychedelic Integration Specialist, Kundalini Energy Facilitator, Sound Healing Practitioner and Celtic Seabhean Apprentice with a deep passion for guiding individuals on their unique journey of self-discovery and transformation.
As a lifelong student, teacher, truth seeker and healing arts practitioner, I’ve learned to embrace healing, self-exploration and transformation as a sacred commitment. This is my life's work. For me, it is an ongoing journey and I know everything that I learn, I am meant to share with others.

Before embarking on this path, I was a corporate healthcare executive with almost 20 years of climbing the corporate ladder.
Like many others, I carried belief systems and unaddressed micro and macro traumas that were unconsciously impacting my life. Despite achieving significant success—being recognized as a top sales leader, receiving accolades like 20 Under 40 and Emerging Female Leader, sitting on multiple boards, and making more money than I ever dreamed of — I felt profoundly out of alignment. I felt that I constantly had to prove myself and nothing ever felt good enough.

After battling toxic work environments, unresolved traumas, chasing money, trying to prove my worth, and misaligned relationships – I was left with three things:
a whole lot of money
feelings of emptiness
and a ton of anxiety
While I was a generally happy person, the emotional suppression and living out of alignment caused me tremendous anxiety – leading to other conditions like insomnia, ADD, and panic disorder.
I turned to SSRIs, sleeping pills, Xanax, and wine — overworking and always socializing to distract myself from the truth that I knew deep down: this was not my path. I was meant for so much more.
I needed to do something different.

I began to work with psychedelic medicine, which revealed how out of alignment I was living.
Psychedelic means Soul Manifesting, a deep connection to oneself. This connection is the baseline for healing. While psychedelic medicine was my initial catalyst, there are many other holistic modalities individuals can engage with for connection and transformation.
I began exploring new teachings and new ways of living – yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling, music, reconnecting to nature, and new approaches to therapy – and in one of my most challenging and darkest moments, I found Carl Jung. While other teachers seemed to celebrate detachment, Jung’s approach allowed me to dance in my messiness as I uncovered, reconnected and listened to deeper parts of myself. To me, it was like a psychedelic journey without the medicine.

I so deeply appreciated the self-exploration and transformative nature of the Jungian approach that after two years of working with a Jungian analyst, I wanted to offer this gift to others and went into a year of training with the International Jungian Coaching School to become certified as a Jungian coach.
My unique approach with Jundian coaching is not to give you what I think are your answers; it is to guide you on your own journey designed to activate the wisdom within that only you know, supporting you in uncovering hidden meanings, exploring emotional and somatic experiences, gaining insights from their innate inner wisdom, and reconnecting with your authentic self.

I also weave in other (optional) tools that have been catalysts to my own healing and transformation such as diet and lifestyle adjustments, trauma-informed Kundalini yoga, energy work, shamanic drum journeys, sound healing (harp, tibetan sound bowl, gong, djembe), drum circles, guided meditation, holistic plants, spirituality and devotion practices.

With my training as a Psychedelic Integration Specialist, I also recognized the parallels between psychedelic journeys and Jung’s exploration of unconscious material and decided to also apply Jung’s methodologies for those that needed assistance integrating their psychedelic experiences.
Through diving deep into this work on a personal level, I’m happy to share that I haven’t taken medication for over four years and haven’t drank for over two years… and I’ve never felt better.
My personal journey ignited my passion for sharing with others all the tools that helped me overcome my challenges, and with that I founded Jungian Coaching & Integration and my consulting company, The Sage Collective, integrating psychedelic medicine into traditional healthcare. It is my mission to create a space for others to also find their way to healing.

While I use the term “coaching”, this is soul work. It is the process of understanding and integrating all parts of yourself so that you can become whole.
As Carl Jung says, "Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul, be just another human soul."
